Now the law allows S793 responses to be kept off-site and in an electronic format, Argus Vickers provide Section 808 register service which has been designed to take the job of dealing with the administration of Section 793 responses and parties making S808 enquiries away from busy PLC Company Executives.

The service covers the provisions of The Companies Act 2006 Section 811 (2) and ensures the m aintenance of a PLC’s S808 Register in electronic format in a secure, password-protected environment. Where the PLC already has a S808 register in place (in Excel format) for past responses, this can be integrated.
