Painstaking efforts are made to ensure that the share ownership information we supply is both accurate and complete, giving you the confidence to use it with certainty.

Each register we analyse is ‘hand-held’ from the point of collecting the ‘Register of Holders’ all the way through to delivering the report to you.

Various checks and balances, some automatic and others that are manual, ensure that all relevant information has been collected and matched correctly with our in-house database system.

One or more of our Analysts, each of whom have years of analysis experience, then work on the data to craft a report which utilises verifiable information sources such as responses to Section 793 enquiries under the Companies Act, Company Announcements, Argus Vickers’ proprietary Nominee Database, placing documents, TR1 announcements etc.

The completed analysis work is then checked by another Analyst before being sent to the client or committed to our web-based service, The Owners Service.
