In the event that any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable, such portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intentions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
